Our Delivery Policy

Delivery is included in the cost of the product to the listed suburbs in the Townsville area. Some locations that are a bit further out (e.g. Bluewater, Oak Valley, Magnetic Island) will unfortunately have an added cost. If you're in doubt, call or email us for a quote.

Warranty at Townsville Firewood

Warranty Coverage:

We guarantee that our firewood will meet or exceed industry standards for quality and condition at the time of delivery. Our warranty covers issues such as the presence of pests, mould, or other defects that affect the usability of the firewood.

Warranty Period:

Our standard warranty period is 7 days from the date of delivery. Please inspect your firewood promptly upon receipt to identify and report any issues within this timeframe.

How to Claim Warranty:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@townsvillefirewood.com.au. Provide your order details and describe the issue you've encountered. We may request supporting documentation such as photographs to assess the situation.

Resolution Process:

Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will promptly review the information provided. If your claim is validated, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exclusions:

Please note that our warranty does not cover issues arising from improper storage, handling, or usage of the firewood after delivery. It also does not cover natural variations in wood, such as colour or texture differences.

Limitations:

Our warranty is limited to the purchase price of the firewood in question. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
